What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options?
We provide free shipping with priority mail (2 weeks) worldwide. In case you need expedite shipping, DHL (1 week) shipment is available at a flat fee of USD10.00.
We will ship your order within 3 working days after the order placed using priority postage, or standard postage if priority is not available for your region.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Taxes and duties are rare for low-value orders and shall be collected by the courier, if any.

When will I receive my order?
Usually in 10-14 days, if priority mail is used.  However, if it's not available for your region, we will use standard postage, which will take around 20-30 days.

What do I do if I never received my order?
After we make shipment, we will keep an eye on the tracking and contact you if there is an irregularity or delay to be expected.  If you do not hear from us, and you haven't received your order after 30 days, please contact us at cs@ecofans.co for a follow up.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
In this case, please contact us at cs@ecofans.co and provide us images of the product.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us at cs@ecofans.co ASAP.  If we have not shipped the order, we will make changes for you.

Where are you located?
We are located in Hong Kong.  Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China, or sometimes from our Hong Kong office.
